1. Product Introduction
The excavator slewing ring (also called swing bearing) is a core
component that connects the upper structure (cab, engine, etc.)
with the undercarriage (track frame), enabling 360° unlimited
rotation. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, it
withstands enormous axial, radial, and moment loads.
2. Working Principle & Structure
Working Principle:
A hydraulic motor drives the pinion gear to engage with the
internal gear ring, facilitating rotation. Double-row ball or
roller bearings inside minimize friction.
Main Components:
Outer ring (fixed part): Connects to undercarriage
Inner ring (rotating part): Connects to upper structure
Rolling elements: Steel balls/rollers (load-bearing core)
